The Quebec Engineering Games are the largest engineering competition in the province and the biggest student gathering for engineering students. Participants will have the opportunity to put their academic, technical, athletic, and social skills to the test during this event. Delegations must demonstrate teamwork and personal growth to overcome the challenges presented throughout the competition.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The machine competition is one of the most challenging events of the Engineering Games. <\/p>\n

The aim is to design a multi-disciplinary robotic solution capable of overcoming various challenges on a predefined course, while respecting a precise grading rubric. The entrepreneurship competition allows engineering students to step outside their technological framework and immerse themselves in the world of business. <\/span><\/p>\n

Faced with a defined challenge, they must design and produce a prototype, while drafting a solid business plan justifying the product choice, its viability, and its path to market as an emerging company. In addition, a sales pitch is prepared and presented to a panel of judges to demonstrate the effectiveness and relevance of the proposed solution. By broadening their horizons, participants are encouraged to combine technical innovation with entrepreneurial skills, preparing them for diverse and multidisciplinary careers. <\/span><\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The academic challenges cover the six most-taught engineering disciplines in Qu\u00e9bec: civil, chemical, computer, mechanical, industrial, and electrical engineering. <\/span><\/p>\n

These competitions take place over a morning during which teams must complete a theoretical questionnaire and a practical task, which may involve assembly, a lab experiment, or a case study tied to a specific engineering field. <\/span><\/p>\n

This is an opportunity for the delegations to stand out in a field other than engineering and showcase their versatility. Each participant must join one of the following sports teams: indoor sports, outdoor sports, pool sports, e-sports, or surprise sports.<\/p>\n
